01 / Hello

Good evening.
Welcome to my page.

I'm Alfred. Scroll with me and I'll introduce you to Master Bryan and the things he builds.

02 / About

Student by day.

Master Bryan studies computer science at NJIT. By night he works as a valet, the closest he gets to the Batmobile. In between, he turns what he learns into projects that actually run.

03 / Process

Every part has a job.

Much like this old lamp. An app is a stack of parts, the interface, the logic and the data, and he builds each one so they work together.

04 / What he builds

Built for when the city calls.

Web apps, live maps, AI tools and Android apps that people can rely on. Allow me to switch it on.

05 / Explore

Where to, sir?

Pick a part of the city and I'll show you around.

// About

I'm a Computer Science student at NJIT interested in software engineering and web development. I like building things and turning what I learn in class into real projects.

I've worked with Python, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ through coursework, personal projects, and CodePath. I'm looking for internship opportunities where I can grow as a developer.

// Projects

CASE FILE 01

ParkSmart ↗

A mobile-friendly map of NJIT's 7 parking lots that marks each one Open, Filling Up, Almost Full, or Full from simulated data that refreshes every 30 seconds. Pick a building and it ranks the lots by walking time, or use your location if you're already on campus. Bad sensor readings, like negative car counts, show the lot as "Offline" instead of a wrong number.

CASE FILE 02

AI Flashcard Maker ↗

Paste in class notes and get flip-card flashcards back. A Next.js API route sends the notes to the Claude API with a JSON schema, and the server checks every card before showing it. The API key stays on the server, with per-IP rate limiting and a 15,000-character input cap to keep costs down.

Android Apps

Three Kotlin apps for CodePath's Android course: a Wordle-style word game, a wishlist tracker, and an email inbox. They use RecyclerView lists with custom adapters, input validation, long-press delete, links that open in the browser, and a Load More button.
